11 monthly group events focus on leadership training techniques, “hands on” industry education sessions, and relationship building techniques and opportunities. Those are supplemented with 5 hour long one-on-one coaching sessions with our expert Executive Coach Kendal Coleman, President & CEO of Colman & Company. That training combination maximizes development and ensures successful implementation of the group lessons, and your personalized developmental action plan.
